How does RevAssistant work?We, primarily, connect startups and budding companies with top calibre talent within our private network of professionals. You are assigned a dedicated account manager who will help navigate system requirements, interviews and training of the professionals. You are given the final responsibility of the final call. You are free to mould your RevAssistant Experts according to your needs, they are just a global extension of your in-office teams.

Do RevAssistant experts work full time?Yes. Full-time RevAssistant Experts can be fully dedicated to one account and work up to 40 hours per week if required. Overtime will be calculated at the end of every billing cycle.

What type of businesses use RevAssistant’s services?We work with all types of B2B Saas businesses from early-stage startups to enterprises. The common denominator is they have a need for well equipped and eligible human resources.

How do you monitor your Experts and ensure they are working?We suggest two-way authentication of the total clocked productivity of our RevAssistants. What we mean by that is, along with our assessment of our RevAssistants we suggest you keep a tab on them too so that we can tackle any grievances at the end of each billing cycle. From our side, we presently use ClickUp, a remote productivity management software that gives you full visibility over your team’s productivity. You’ll be given access to monitor your team's performance. This is at no extra cost to you.

What time are you available to work for my business?RevAssistant Experts are basically your employees. They work under your HR policies at whatever hours are set for your business.

How skilled is your workforce?Communication and Comprehensive skills set RevAssistant apart from the rest of the crowd. They bring to the table exceptional verbal and written English language skills. Moreover, a well organised WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) helps us to equip our assistants to grasp customer problems better leading to higher conversion rates. Our RevAssistants are highly experienced professionals from the Saas industry and hence require very minor guidance to adjust to a new company.

How do you guarantee your QoS?We select our talents only if they are highly experienced or are highly trained. There is no other category of selection. The candidates selected pass through our interview and selection process only if they are able to replicate what they have put up in their resume. Regular audits of our RevAssistant's performance coupled with your feedback of our services help us in constantly updating our services and training directives.

What are the charges involved?With our quality of talents, we don't charge anything up front. But, before interviewing potential contractors, you will be required to sign an agreement that protects both the operating parties. Based on our set rules of engagement, you will be charged a monthly amount. We recommend year-end bonuses as well as performance bonuses for optimal retention rates.

How does the payment work?Invoices will be generated and sent to your registered mail id after getting your feedback on the service. Payments are to be made within a week from the invoice date. All payments are electronic. Receipts generated will be sent after each payment to the registered mail id.

Are there any discounts offered?We offer a very direct statement for discounts. We understand every business is different hence we have flexible and custom discounts for our loyal customers. The more you do business with us the better offers we provide for you over time. Although, we are offering 1/3 the price of a full time employee, still we like to offer a flat $2500 pricing for all our RevAssistants for the time being. Our prices increase during peak business seasons.Get this offer here before it ends.

Are there any contract minimums?No, there is no such compulsion. Just give us a written notice 15 days before you wish to close our partnership.

What's the cancellation of services process?A 15 day notice period is required to cancel our services (outside the 5-day trial period). During this period we will process any pending KTs and transfer the RA to new account. These 15 days are necessary for a smooth transfer process.

What if a RevAssistant Expert resigns?If an Assistant resigns, we will replace the assistant with no additional cost to you. We will require 15 days as standard for the transfer process similar to when an Assistant's services are cancelled from your side.

How do I collaborate with my experts?According to our experience in the business, we found it better if we do not interfere with the communications between the business and the Assistant. Plethoric number of softwares are flooding the market and different business have different requirements. Hence, we allow direct communication between companies and the RevAssistant and take care of any grievances when and if it arises.

Who should I connect with for issues with a RevAssistant?We assign an Account Manager to every business who use our RevAssistant as soon as they get engaged with you. These Account Managers will be your point of contact for any issues related to your hired Assistants.

What are the leave policies that is offered?We do not interfere with the processes and policies of the business we tie up with. HR and leave policies are agreed upon at the time of hire between the Assistant and the company. Our Assistants are your employees and work with your rules of engagement. Approvals and denials are in your hand. Although we do suggest a 12- 14 day paid leave offering for optimal employee satisfaction.

Do you scrutinize all your experts?All our Assistants go through our Assistant quality assurance tests that span over 3 stages. We scrutinize our Assistants based on Aptitude, Experience and Communication skills before it finally reaches you for the final Hiring decision.

How are RevAssistants trained?We ensure that the core soft skills for the job are well embedded in the Assistant during our selection process. Moreover, we ensure that the Assistant is well updated with general knowledge on the industry. Every business operates under different ideologies and methodologies and hence we highly recommend to train our assistants on your way of work before engaging them.

How long is the training period?There is no training period as such. The only thing that needs time is for the Assistant to understand your business. Our assistants are well experienced individuals in their field. They only need to understand your business and the stakeholders.

Tell me about the Risk-Free trial period.We offer 10 workday trial (2 weeks or 80 hours) for all our clients. Since our RevAssistantrs are experienced, 2 weeks is enough to evaluate them. Although, we try our best to assure that all our RevAssistants are fit for the job, still we understand that humans are subject to situations.

I am not satisfied with the RevAssistant I hired, what should I do?Do not worry, we have you covered. Just contact your assigned Account Manager and we will figure something out for you that befits both of us.

Where are you headquartered?We operate virtually from multiple locations with Head Office at Bangalore, India (cost of operation is very effective). You are always welcome to give us a visit. Where are your Rev/Assistants located?Truth be spoken, we are everywhere. We do not limit our Radar to specific locations. Although, our present favourites are India, and Philippines as the cost of operation is very reasonable for the quality of work produced.

Where do your Assistants work?Our Assistants work from anywhere and everywhere as long as there is a high internet connection and a laptop. We provide them with employment packages that keeps them satisfied and some more. With Covid, we have understood that rigidity doesn't work all the time.
